Luciana and her team did a fantastic job cleaning our house. Our house never looked this clean. We were especially impressed with what a great job they did cleaning our oven. Everything was spotless. Super Star Cleaning just left, and the name is accurate. Amazing results, the house. Has never been this clean. Kitchen floors that look new, bathrooms that is really clean.

With 2 dogs (125# Alaskan malamute and 65# long haired German shepherd) and 3 cats, my house can get quite hairy and dusty! I called to request info on a deep clean service and potential recurring service. The owner was extremely friendly and made time in her schedule to come give me an estimate the next day! She was punctual, professional, friendly, and kind.
The deep clean was done yesterday and WOW! The care and attention to detail is incredible. My home is immaculate! Anything that wasn’t tied down was moved with care and meticulously cleaned! I came home to a brand new home! Extra touches like folding the paper towel ends and tp ends show that Luciana and her team really care about the home they’re in and the work they do. It seriously brought tears to my eyes as I walked through my home for the first time after they left. The communication was excellent throughout. So friendly and reassuring! Even with my silly questions like “should I be home or leave the house empty?” or “what should I do with my pets?”, Luciana made me feel at ease about the whole process! One of my cat’s opens the slider door to let himself and other animals out and Luciana took note to make sure the slider is locked when not in use… an easy detail to forget, since I forget many times, but she and her team made sure to keep that door locked for us!

Did the exceptional quality work for me. We are moving into a new condo, and this team scrubbed every inch of it. It almost doesn't look like the same condominium. They're also really punctual and what is the nicest thing is that they really communicate well with you.
